ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - After being closed to the public for more than two months, Rolling Hills Library branches in Savannah and St. Joseph have reopened.
Public Relations Specialist Alan Stolfus told KXCV/KRNW that they did so with some procedural changes in place.
Rolling Hills is still offering curbside pickup for materials. Cardholders can reserve materials online and then call the library to set a pick-up time. Non-cardholders can apply for E-Cards online.
